POCD Survey

Plan of Conservation and Development for Salisbury - 2012

Approximately 50 residents of Salisbury participated in an information gathering workshop on November 10th.  The workshop was developed and presented by Planimetrics, under the auspices of the Planning and Zoning Commission as part of the ongoing process of developing the Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD).  Residents were asked to identify their address on a large map of the town and then to write down three issues of pride and three issues of concern about Salisbury. Finally, residents were required to “vote” with play money for the issues that were of greatest concern to them. 

What are your thoughts about the future needs for Salisbury? 

There will be a one month on-line survey on Salisbury Town web site: salisburyct.us – December 1- 31st, for Salisbury residents who could not attend the workshop to participate in the planning process.  Paper surveys are also available at the town hall.
 
Surveys will be identified by address only, and the information received will be kept private.  Results will be recorded for the use of the POCD planning process only.
