5. Sketch showing general location of the landwhich is subject of the proposed activity with sufficient detail to allow identification on the Inland Wetland and Watercourses Boundary Map providing

• Boundaries of the applcants land with names and addressess of adjacent landowners
• Existing improvements
• Area of influence the proposed activity will have both on and off of the property
• Describe the general character of the land in sufficient detail showing wetlands and watercourses
