2012 SALISBURY RECREATION YOUTH LACROSSE PROGRAMS
The Salisbury Recreation Commission in conjunction with the Hotchkiss School and Salisbury School will offer recreational lacrosse clinics this spring to boys and girls throughout the Region One School district and surrounding NY and MA towns.  To register please complete and return the registration form on the back of this notice along with the $10.00 registration fee to the Salisbury Recreation Commission, POB 548 Salisbury, CT 06068 by April 2, 2012.  LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   Please contact Lisa McAuliffe with any questions at 860 435-5186 or email recreationdirector@salisburyct.us

SALISBURY LAKERS BOY’S TRAVEL LACROSSE PROGRAM
The Salisbury Recreation Commission is offering a regional boy’s travel lacrosse program this spring.  Under the leadership of Peter Gilbert and Bobby Wynne of The Salisbury School, boys in grades 5-8 will participate in a competitive travel lacrosse program.
 
 Who:  Boys that are in grades 5-8 throughout Region 1and surrounding NY and MA towns
 
When: Spring of 2011 approximately the first week in April through the second week in June.  Games will be played on Sunday’s and an occasional Friday evening.  Practices will be on Monday’s and Thursday’s. 
 
Where: Home games and practices will be held on the turf located across the street from the main campus at The Salisbury School 251 Canaan Rd. Travel to away games is also required. Specifics will be provided at the Pre Season meeting in February.
 
Cost:  All players will be required to register with US Lacrosse ($25.00) and purchase the required uniforms which consist of 2 pairs of shorts and a reversible jersey ($60.00 subject to change). Other items can be purchased but are NOT required. Uniform order forms will be provided at the Pre Season meeting in February.
 
Equipment: All participants will need the following equipment to participate:  Lacrosse stick, elbow pads, gloves, shoulder pads, helmet, protective cup, sneakers or cleats. Hockey equipment can be used.

3.      Follow instructions to apply for membership
4.      Write membership number on your Salisbury Lakers registration form
5.      Complete the Salisbury Lakers registration form
6.      Return your completed registration form to Salisbury Recreation Commission, POB 548, Salisbury, CT 06068
7.      DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FEBRUARY 10, 2012
