The following application forms can be downloaded from this site and mailed to P.O. Box 548, Salisbury, CT 06068, or brought in person to the dropbox at Town Hall between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Assessor Applications

Building Department Forms

****JULY 1, 2022 – All building permits must be submitted online via the OpenGov Portal****
Paper applications will no longer be accepted.
There is a public computer station in the lobby of the Town Hall for applicants to use if necessary

For Commission approvals, paper applications must still be submitted
